These Terms set out the practical rules for using ComplyChase AI. They are written for the SaaS product, website, free tools, and upload workflows.

ComplyChase AI helps users collect documents, track missing and expired items, send reminders, store proof, and maintain an activity trail.
ComplyChase AI is workflow software. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, AML, GDPR, or compliance advice.
Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and ensuring workspace access is given only to authorised staff.
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing staff access, client details, document requests, and reminder settings.
Users are responsible for deciding what documents to request and whether a document is suitable for their own business process.
Clients may upload through secure links where enabled. Upload links should be shared carefully and disabled when no longer needed.
AI/OCR output is provided to assist with reading dates and fields from documents.
AI results must be reviewed by a human user before being saved or used for reminders, reports, or internal decisions.
Plan limits apply per workspace/account, not per staff user.
Email reminders are included in plans. WhatsApp reminders, where available, are a separate paid add-on.
When usage limits are reached, features such as new clients, uploads, AI scans, emails, or WhatsApp sends may be blocked or paused until the account is upgraded or extra usage is added.
Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or files you are not authorised to process.
Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, workspace isolation, billing limits, or upload link restrictions.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or upgrades.
